As soon as possible to August 2024 (there is a possibility of a permanent position).

 

Grade 4 scale, point 4 to 5 (£23,114.00 to £23,500).  30 hours per week.

 

Hours of work:  8.30am to 3.00pm (6 hours daily – 30 mins break for lunchtime) term time only.

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, inspiring, self-motivated Teaching Assistant to join our committed team.  The job will involve working with individuals or groups of children on a range of curriculum activities and programmes.  The successful candidate will show that they are able to support children with additional social, medical and individual emotional needs.  Full training will be given.  The successful candidate will have a positive approach to behaviour management and will have high expectations for all children.  In return, we can offer a lively, successful school environment with a highly motivated and supportive staff.

School Crossing Patrol (SCPO)

 

Oxfordshire County Council are looking for a School Crossing Patrol Officer posted near to St Mary’s Primary School, Chipping Norton.

 

The working hours are 5.0 per week – 1/2 hour in the morning and afternoon Monday – Friday.

 

The role is permanent, on a term-time only basis and the current pay rate is £10.50 per hour.

 

In this role, you will help to provide a safe crossing point for children on their way to and from school.

 

Reliability is key for this role as parents need to be assured that the SCPO is present so that children can walk safely to school.

 

Training and uniform will be provided.

 

The post requires an enhanced DBS check.
